How can I become a vendor?

Is there a fee to become a vendor?
For-profit vendors must pay a $50 fee to reserve a tent. Interested vendors must fill out the registration form. For nonprofit vendors, the $50 registration fee will be waived.

When is my vendor registration confirmed?
A for-profit vendors space is not confirmed until the $50 tent fee and the registration form are received. For nonprofit vendors, a space is not reserved until the registration form is completed. Once the registration form is submitted, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within five to seven business days to confirm your acceptance.

How large is a vendor tent?
Each vendor tent will be shared between two organizations and will include an eight-foot-long table draped with a pink cloth and four chairs.

When can I begin tent setup the day of the event?
The vendor spaces will be ready by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Please set up and be ready to greet attendees by 10:30 a.m.

Can I bring a few things to sell?
Only registered vendors may offer items for sale. For information on how to become one of our vendors, please click here.

May I donate a door prize?
Absolutely. We will mention your business as a participant. Please visit the registration page for more information.

What if it rains?
Pink in the Park happens rain or shine.

Can a vendor win a door prize?
We are proud to offer a special door prize giveaway for our valued vendors. Each vendor space is eligible for one entry. Past prizes include popular items like designer handbags and luggage.
