Each year, we gather together in Greensboro to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month, where we remember, celebrate and honor those impacted by breast cancer. 2013 marks the ninth year of Pink in the Park, and we have been growing rapidly with each passing year. The mayor of Greensboro makes a proclamation at each event, and the number of participants (as well as our ribbon wall) continues to grow each September. Here is a look at a few past events.
